At More Vino Distributors every attempt is made to ensure the quality of our products. However, we are aware that from time to time wines can have become tainted over time, for instance due to a faulty cork. If you should receive any product that you believe to be faulty, keep the unfinished bottle and call us at (868) 622 - VINO (8466) or send us an email here. We will make all arrangements for the defective bottle to be replaced at no extra charge to you our customer.

More Vino Distributors reserves the right to refuse replacement of the bottle is it is deemed that the product became defective in the hands of the consumer due to reasons such as, but not limited to: improper storage and bottles not consumed within 3 months of purchase. Please note that only defective products can be returned and does not include products that do not suit the taste and preferences of the individual who purchased the product.
